About Me :
My name is River Bagshaw, I’m a Filmmaking graduate from the University of the West of England. My primary experience is in pre-production. I’ve worked as a Producer, PM, 1st AD, and Scriptwriter on my student films. I enjoy the organisation that comes along with preproduction, but my main passion lies in scriptwriting. I’m specifically interested in dramas based around social issues. In my spare time, you’ll find me writing down ideas or reading a book.

This portfolio is an amalgamation of all my work so far, which has helped me gain the skills I have now. From the beginning of my media production diploma during college to the end of my filmmaking degree my work ranges from filming, interviewing, editing photos, script writing, working in various pre-production roles, set etiquette, and creative writing. Through this work, I've experienced different ways to express my creativity, and am very grateful to the others who've helped me so far.
